Refund policy

We want you to be happy with every refill you buy from us. This policy sits alongside — and doesn't limit — the consumer guarantees you're entitled to under Australian Consumer Law, which no return policy can override.

Change of mind

If you've changed your mind, you can return an unopened, unused refill within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, the filament must be in its original, undamaged packaging with the vacuum seal and desiccant intact. Because of the nature of the product, we can't accept a return once a refill has been opened or used. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer's cost.

Mystery Pack colours

The whole point of the Mystery Pack is a random colour selection — we can't accept a return or exchange because you didn't like the colour you were sent. Faults or damage are, of course, always covered under the section below.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your refill arrives damaged, is faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at printready3d@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.

How to start a return

Email printready3d@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm the details and provide a return address. Please don't send anything back before we've confirmed the return with you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping charges (where applicable) are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error, a fault, or damage in transit.
