All products sold are genuine Bambu Lab PETG Basic filament, sold as refills - a bare 1kg roll without a plastic spool. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, and to limit the quantities of any products we offer. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product, or change prices, at any time without notice.

Automatic volume discounts (for example, buy 3 or more and save) are applied at checkout based on quantity and are subject to change without notice. We have made every effort to display colours and product images as accurately as possible; we cannot guarantee your device's display will show colours accurately.

3. Accuracy of information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied on as the sole basis for making decisions.

4. Order acceptance and errors

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud. If your order is cancelled after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.
