Shipping policy
Print Ready 3D is based in Melbourne, Australia, and every refill ships from right here — no overseas warehouses and no multi-week waits.
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 2:00pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm AEST, or on a weekend or public holiday, are dispatched on the next business day.
Shipping cost and coverage
We offer free express shipping Australia-wide on every order, with no minimum spend. This applies to all states and territories, including WA, NT and TAS, though delivery to these areas may take a little longer than metro areas on the east coast.
Estimated delivery times
Once dispatched, most orders arrive within these timeframes:
- Metro VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD, SA: 1-3 business days
- Regional VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD, SA: 2-5 business days
- WA, NT, TAS: 3-7 business days
These are estimates provided by our couriers, not guarantees. Delivery can occasionally take longer during peak periods (such as sales events or the lead-up to Christmas) or due to circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
Local pickup
Free local pickup is available in Ringwood, Melbourne. Choose "Local pickup" at checkout and we'll email you once your order is ready to collect.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and re-delivery due to an incorrect address may incur an additional shipping charge.
